Introduction

An Industry Action Plan (IAP)  is an initiative developed by stakeholders who want to re-design a industry. Our first IAP is VitalRail. Others will include forestry management, agriculture nutrient management, essential minerals and many more. Sponsors for developing IAPs are entities large and small from the sectors of business, government, labor, associations, industry media, academia, finance and advocacy.

Once an IAP is created 10 major goals/dialogues for the industry are established. See the example of the 10 goals for VitalRail. Goals will be modified or replaced as the community of stakeholders delve into the relevant issues of transformation. The evolution of goals are critical success metrics for tracking progress. An IAP and it's commensurate 10 goals are established by one-on-one interaction between an ONTA IAP Director, our OTNA Organizer Team, industry leaders, SMEs, champions and scouts.

Early sponsors are usually drawn from leaders in all sectors. The IAP Director and the our team of Organizers are responsible for enrolling sponsors.
