1st IC Series concept

This is the first concept we came up with for an IC Series

• Each IC Series includes:
  • A single synch IntelliConference Introductory event
  • A set of asynchronous IntelliConference Exploratory Activities
  • A single Action IntelliConference event
• Onboarding
  • Commence onboarding of stakeholders and staff for the production this IntelliConferences Series and the populating of content within the specific ISI Multilogue
• Assign Staff Organizers, Facilitators and support staff to the (IC Series) Production Organizing Team Page
• Facilitators begin to post content into the Multilogue related to the IntelliSynthesis elements of the forthcoming IntelliConference Exploratory activities linked to the Organizing Goal Page being produced
  • Facilitators will modify their IntelliSynthesis Questions based on input from stakeholders, staff organizers and further research
• Organizers begin outreach and enrollment to Sponsors
  • This list of contacts is derived from the stakeholders in the Stakeholder BrainTrust Grid and referrals
  • During this period of enrollment of sponsors, Organizers share the Major Goal, Ten Organizing Goals along with the Production Organizing Goal posted in ISI Multilogue with sponsor prospects
  • The Organizers focus on the single Organizing Goal being produced via its own IntelliConference Series
  • Via postings to Staff Multilogue Pages that are linked by subject to each ISI Public Page the Organizers provide intel from stakeholders to Facilitators and other staff on any subject related to the Production Organizing Goal or any of the  Ten Organizing Goals should such content develop
    • Note: content generated in staff organizing pages of the specific ISI and related IC Series pages is massaged and approved fpr publication to the public participating stakeholder pages
