1)     The Governor of Mississippi, Tate Reeves announced the creation of a “State Rail Authority” in his February annual address.

2)     We are refining our core goal: The work of OnTrackMississippi is to advance a new approach to economic development, where equal attention is given to Mississippi’s need for rail service to small towns and small and existing shippers, along with the typical attention on large cities and the biggest new businesses.

3)     ..And our approach to “Rail-Enabled Sustainable Economic Development”. It is to create breakthrough thinking and planning of industrial supply chains, from agriculture and extraction through the entire value chain.
